Is tempestiastore.com.br Legit? Safety Review & Shopping Tips

The digital gaming market in Brazil is booming, and with it comes a wave of new platforms promising cheap Robux, rare game accounts, and exclusive in-game items. One such newcomer is tempestiastore.com.br. As with any new platform dealing in digital assets, shoppers are naturally asking: Is tempestiastore.com.br legit, or is it a scam?

In this comprehensive review for 17TrackAI, we analyze the technical data, market reputation, and potential risks associated with this website to help you make an informed decision.

Overview

tempestiastore.com.br (often referred to simply as "Tempestia" or "Pestia") is a Brazilian e-commerce marketplace dedicated to gaming products. Its primary focus is on the sale of Robux (Roblox currency), game accounts (such as League of Legends, Valorant, or Roblox), and various digital items for popular online games.

The website positions itself as a secure intermediary between buyers and sellers, similar to platforms like GGMax or DFG. It claims to offer "Protected Purchases," a dispute resolution system, and seller verification (KYC). However, because the site is relatively new and operates in a high-risk niche, it has recently come under the scrutiny of fraud detection systems.

Key Red Flags

While tempestiastore.com.br presents itself as a professional marketplace, several factors raise the risk level for potential buyers:

• Extremely New Domain: According to domain analysis tools, the domain was registered very recently. In the world of e-commerce, a lack of historical data is a significant risk factor. Many "fly-by-night" stores operate for a few months before disappearing.
• High-Risk Product Niche: Selling Robux and game accounts is inherently risky. Most game developers, including Roblox Corporation, strictly prohibit the third-party sale of currency and accounts in their Terms of Service (ToS). Buying from these sites can result in your game account being permanently banned.
• Lack of Transparent Legal Information: Under Brazilian law (Decree No. 7,962/2013), all e-commerce websites must clearly display their CNPJ (Tax ID), physical address, and contact information. At the time of our review, this information was not easily accessible or verified on the domain, which is a common trait among unproven stores.
• Minimal External Reputation: A search for tempestiastore.com.br on major consumer protection sites like Reclame Aqui or Trustpilot yields almost no results. While this doesn't prove the site is a scam, the absence of a track record means there is no way to verify if they actually honor their "Protected Purchase" guarantee.

WHOIS & Domain Analysis

The domain tempestiastore.com.br uses the Brazilian country-code top-level domain (.br). Our WHOIS analysis indicates that the domain was registered in late 2024.

The registration is managed by Registro.br, the authority for Brazilian domains. While the registrant's identity is often protected for privacy, the "newness" of the domain is the most critical takeaway. Legitimate marketplaces usually take years to build the infrastructure and trust necessary to handle financial transactions safely. A domain that is only a few months old should always be approached with a "wait and see" attitude.

Server Location & Hosting

The website tempestiastore.com.br appears to be utilizing Cloudflare for its DNS and security services. Cloudflare is a standard tool used by both legitimate and suspicious websites to improve performance and hide the actual IP address of the server.

While the use of Cloudflare is not a red flag on its own, it does mean the physical location of the hosting server is masked. Most Brazilian gaming marketplaces host their data on servers in North America or Brazil to ensure low latency for their primary user base.

Social Media Reputation

The social media presence of tempestiastore.com.br is primarily centered around Discord. This is common for gaming-related stores, as Discord allows for real-time interaction between buyers and sellers.

However, relying solely on Discord for a "reputation" is dangerous. Discord servers can be easily manipulated; moderators can delete negative reviews, and "vouch" channels can be filled with fake testimonials from the site owners' secondary accounts. We found very little presence on more public platforms like Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube, where negative comments are harder to control.

User Reports & Complaints

Currently, there is a lack of documented user complaints against tempestiastore.com.br, which is typical for a newly launched site. However, the type of service they offer usually generates a specific pattern of complaints in other similar stores:

1. Account Recoveries: Buyers purchase a game account, only for the original owner to "recover" it via the game's support system a week later.
2. Invalid Currency: Robux purchased via "gift" methods being revoked by Roblox because they were obtained through fraudulent means (e.g., stolen credit cards).
3. Payment Issues: Users reporting that they paid via Pix (a common Brazilian payment method) but the seller never delivered the product, and the "support" team was unresponsive.

Is It Safe to Shop?

Verdict: Medium Risk — Proceed with Extreme Caution.

At this stage, we cannot definitively label tempestiastore.com.br as a scam, but it is certainly not "safe" in the traditional sense. It is an unproven marketplace operating in a legal gray area.

Recommendations:

• Avoid Large Purchases: Do not spend significant amounts of money on this platform until it has an established history on Reclame Aqui.
• Check Seller Reputation: If you do decide to buy, only purchase from sellers who have hundreds of positive reviews within the platform, though be aware these can be faked.
• Understand the TOS: Be aware that by using tempestiastore.com.br to buy Robux or accounts, you are likely violating the game's rules and risk losing your account.

What to Do If You've Been Scammed

If you have already made a purchase on tempestiastore.com.br and did not receive your items, take the following steps immediately:

1. Contact Your Bank: If you paid by credit card, request a "chargeback" for a non-delivered digital service.
2. Report the Pix Transaction: If you paid via Pix, use the MED (Mecanismo Especial de Devolução). Contact your bank and report the transaction as a scam. This is the only way to potentially recover Pix funds.
3. Document Everything: Save screenshots of the product page, your payment confirmation, and any conversations with the seller or support team.
4. File a Report: In Brazil, you can file an online police report (Boletim de Ocorrência) for "Estelionato" (fraud).

Conclusion

tempestiastore.com.br is a classic example of a "high-risk, high-reward" gaming site. While the promise of cheap Robux and pre-leveled accounts is tempting, the lack of transparency, the recent domain registration, and the inherent risks of the digital goods market make it a suspicious choice for the average consumer.

Final Assessment: We recommend that shoppers use established, long-standing marketplaces instead of tempestiastore.com.br. If you choose to use this site, you do so at your own risk. Always prioritize platforms that provide a clear CNPJ and have a proven track record of resolving disputes.
