One such site that has recently caught the attention of online shoppers and security trackers is sirjanstore.ir. Whether you are looking for electronics, home appliances, or personal care products, it is essential to verify a website's credibility before entering your payment details.

This review provides an objective analysis of sirjanstore.ir, examining its background, digital footprint, and potential risk factors. As of our current assessment, the website is rated as Medium Risk. While there are signs that it represents a local physical business, the digital platform itself is relatively unproven.

Overview / 概述

sirjanstore.ir is an Iranian-based e-commerce website that primarily targets consumers in the Kerman province, specifically the city of Sirjan. The site claims to offer a wide variety of consumer electronics, including mobile phones, televisions, professional speakers, and small household appliances like hair dryers and electric shavers.

The store is linked to a physical entity known as the "Amiri Moghaddam Store" (فروشگاه امیری مقدم). Unlike many anonymous "dropshipping" sites that hide their origins, sirjanstore.ir advertises a physical presence in a local shopping mall. However, for a global or even a national audience, the transition from a local shop to a safe online marketplace requires transparency and verified security protocols, which we will analyze below.

Key Red Flags / 关键危险信号

While sirjanstore.ir has some elements of a legitimate local business, several factors suggest that shoppers should proceed with caution:

• New Digital Presence: The domain was recently registered. While being new does not automatically mean a site is a scam, it does mean there is no long-term track record of successful deliveries and customer service to rely on.
• Limited External Reviews: Outside of its own social media comments, there are very few independent reviews on major platforms like Trustpilot or Google Maps. This lack of third-party verification makes it difficult to assess the actual customer experience.
• High-Risk Payment Methods: The store heavily promotes installment plans via "Sayyad checks" (a local Iranian banking system). While common in Iran, this method offers fewer protections for the buyer compared to credit card chargebacks used in international commerce.
• Niche Market Isolation: The site uses the .ir country-code top-level domain (ccTLD). This limits its accountability mostly to local Iranian authorities, which may make it difficult for international users or those outside the immediate region to seek recourse if a dispute arises.

WHOIS & Domain Analysis / 域名分析

A WHOIS analysis of sirjanstore.ir reveals that it is registered under the Iranian national domain registry (IRNIC).

• Registration Date: The domain is a recent creation, appearing in records within the last year.
• Registrar: It is managed via IRNIC, which requires the registrant to provide a national ID or a verified business license. This provides a higher level of accountability than anonymous ".com" or ".top" domains, but it is not a guarantee of business ethics.
• Domain Expiry: Most new or suspicious sites only register for a single year to test the waters. Users should check if the registration is renewed annually, as a long-term registration often indicates a more stable business.

The use of a local Iranian domain confirms the site's target market but also highlights the potential difficulty for users outside of Iran to verify the business's legal standing.

Server Location & Hosting / 服务器位置

The website sirjanstore.ir appears to be hosted on servers located within Iran. Common hosting providers for such sites include ArvanCloud or ParsPack.

Hosting a website locally is standard practice for businesses targeting a specific domestic market to ensure faster loading speeds and compliance with local regulations. However, from a security perspective, local hosting also means the site operates under the jurisdiction of local cyber laws (such as the FATA police in Iran). For international shoppers, this adds a layer of complexity, as international consumer protection laws may not apply.

Social Media Reputation / 社交媒体声誉

One of the more visible aspects of sirjanstore.ir is its social media presence, particularly on Instagram under the handle @sirjanstore.

• Activity: The account frequently posts video demonstrations of products, such as portable speakers and flashlights.
• Engagement: The account has over 1,000 followers, and the posts show active engagement with potential customers.
• Transparency: The Instagram page explicitly lists a physical address: Jahan Passage (Soroush Shopping Center), Mahyashahr Market, Sirjan. It also provides a mobile contact number: 09129567951.

While an active social media page with a physical address is a positive sign, it is important to remember that social media followers and comments can be manipulated. Shoppers should look for "tagged" photos from real customers rather than just the posts made by the store owner.

User Reports & Complaints / 用户举报与投诉

Currently, there are no widespread reports of systemic fraud or "exit scams" associated with sirjanstore.ir. Most discussions regarding the store are localized to Sirjan-based community groups and Instagram comments.

However, some users have expressed typical concerns associated with local electronics retailers:

1. Warranty Clarity: Questions about whether the products carry an official manufacturer's warranty or a "store-only" warranty.
2. Pricing Discrepancies: Some users have noted that prices in the "installment" plan are significantly higher than the cash price, which is a common but sometimes confusing practice in the region.
3. Delivery Times: As a smaller local shop, their logistics network may not be as robust as larger platforms like Digikala, leading to potential delays in shipping to other provinces.

Is It Safe to Shop? / 是否安全购物

Is sirjanstore.ir safe? The verdict is Proceed with Caution (Medium Risk).

The website appears to be the digital extension of a real physical shop in Sirjan. This makes it less likely to be a "pure" fake store designed only to steal data. However, the website's security features and the reliability of its online fulfillment process are not yet fully proven.

Recommendations for Shoppers:

• Verify the E-namad: Before purchasing, look for the "E-namad" (Electronic Trust Symbol) at the bottom of the website. Click the logo to ensure it links to the official government verification page.
• In-Person Inspection: If you are located in the Kerman province, it is highly recommended to visit the physical store in the Jahan Passage to make your purchase.
• Avoid Large Prepayments: If you are buying online, try to avoid paying the full amount upfront for high-value items unless you have verified the store's current reputation with recent local buyers.
• Use Secure Communication: Use the provided phone number to call the store and ask specific questions about the product and return policy before clicking "buy."

What to Do If You've Been Scammed / 如果被骗该怎么办

If you have made a purchase on sirjanstore.ir and have not received your item, or if the product is not as described, follow these steps:

1. Contact the Store Directly: Use the Instagram dms and the phone number (09129567951) to request an update. Document all communications.
2. Report to FATA Police: If you are in Iran, the Cyber Police (FATA) is the primary authority for reporting online fraud. You can file a complaint via their official website.
3. Contact Your Bank: If you paid via a bank transfer or a portal, contact your bank immediately to see if the transaction can be disputed or if the recipient's account can be flagged.
4. Warn Others: Leave reviews on local forums and social media to prevent other shoppers from facing the same issues.

Conclusion / 结论

In conclusion, sirjanstore.ir is a website that sits in a grey area. It has a verified physical location and an active social media presence, which are signs of a legitimate local business. However, as an online shopping platform, it lacks the extensive third-party feedback and long-term reputation required for a "Low Risk" rating.

At this time, we recommend sirjanstore.ir only for local shoppers who can verify the business in person or for those making small, low-risk purchases. For expensive electronics, consumers might find more peace of mind using larger, more established national platforms until sirjanstore.ir builds a stronger history of online reliability.

Final Risk Assessment: Medium Risk
